Our service creates completed graphics ready for you to upload onto your seller account. Depending on the service you purchase, we will create either a set of 5 or 10 graphics ready for you to upload. These are either created from the product images you provided or we have provided you a complete photography and graphics service and will create product images for you as well.

This is a second main image that you can use to split-test on your listing and see which graphic is more effective at converting prospect to buyers.

Simply complete and submit the registration for Amazon Images. We will send you a confirmation email and a link to our online payment system. Then we will send you a link to our online questionnaire to gather as much information as possible about you design requirement.

It’s really important that we capture as much information as possible about the status of your account, your product line, sales history and strategy. All of this information helps our experts determine the design and image of the graphic best suited for your account.

YES!  You will be able to book a 15 Minute Design Consultation Call to discuss the types of graphic you are wanting. It is important that you provide as much information as possible during the consult so that the design team can make sure they meet the brief.

  • Product images that you have available or might be using today uploaded to the Dropbox account.
  • Ideas or examples of the type of imagery and design you would like our experts to consider as part of their creative.  You might want to provide us links to similar designs that attract your attention.
  • Your brand logo (high resolution)
  • Any strap-lines, vision or mission statements that go to your brand
  • For our Photography Service, you will need to send us product samples that we can provide to our photography studio

Your product images must be high resolution so that our Design Studio can use them to create the most effective graphics for your seller account. You can send them to us to check the quality before starting the project.

Dropbox is our tool of choice for collaborating quickly and effectively with customers all across New Zealand and Australia.

We will provide you a unique link to a Dropbox account for your use only where we will ask you to upload current product images and we will upload the final set of graphics for you to upload to your seller account. All of our standard privacy and confidentiality terms apply to this service.

Check you email, we provided you the delivery address to one of our local hubs depending on where you are located.

No. Our Design Studio will only create the graphic ready for upload to your Amazon seller account from the product images you provided. If you need additional product images to be included in the graphics then you will need to use our ‘Photography + Graphics’ service.

No. Our general terms and conditions for this service does not permit for the return of product samples. However we can manage exceptions where the cost of product is significant. This is a special request  you need to make with us during the consultation and you will need to arrange and meet the cost of the return shipping.

Your Amazon ready graphics will be available in your Dropbox no more than 14 working days after we acknowledge receipt of your product samples to our photography studio and / or your product images uploaded to Dropbox. We will email you acknowledgement of receipt and that starts our 10-working day production time.

You are entitled to amend one graphic element during one single round of revision after delivery. Anything further will be charged at an additional hourly rate. Any photo retake requests or new shot requests that were not outlined in your initial brief and consult won’t be included in the initial fee and will incur additional charge. We recommend being as thorough and specific as possible when filling out your form and discuss with us any specific graphics or design you have in mind. 

No, that is not part of this service but we can offer you other services and support that includes creating your storefront.
